This practice test is specifically designed for students in Year 5 who are preparing for the Blue Coat School 11+ Phase 1 online assessment.

 

How will this product benefit my child?

Non-Verbal Reasoning is part of the Developed Ability module that appears in the Blue Coat School 11+ Phase 1 Test. 

In each question in this module, your child will be shown a pattern of dots on the left-hand side of the screen.

Your child will need to click on all the dots in this pattern.

A new pattern of dots will then appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

Your child will need to find the first pattern within the second pattern and click on all relevant dots to show where it can be found.

The module is time pressured, meaning your child needs to learn to work both accurately and efficiently.

The Blue Coat School 11+ Phase 1 Test: Developed Ability – Non-Verbal Reasoning question format is unusual and your child is unlikely to have come across it before.

Some familiarisation and practise can therefore go a long way to improving your child’s confidence and performance.
