Introduction

Warwick School is an independent day and boarding school in Warwick. It is believed that it was founded in 914 AD, which makes it the fifth-oldest surviving school in the country. Its alumni list is long and impressive, comprising eminent diplomats, authors, businessmen and sportsmen. [1]

The academic provision at Warwick School is broad, covering disciplines that reflect the school’s culture of achievement and actively prepare students for whatever endeavour they may choose to pursue in their later lives. Lessons are thus vigorously delivered to cater for individual preferences, whether they be computing, science, technology, maths or languages.

The abundant co-curricular life further supports on-site learning, allowing students to pick from a plethora of club activities, including debating, Opera Club, Politics Society, swimming, chess and Animation Club. CCF and Duke of Edinburgh’s Award opportunities are also on offer, boosting pupils’ abilities by challenging them to always do better as both team members and leaders. [2]

Warwick School regularly organises trips, tours and excursions, aiming to equip students with valuable and, above all, positive experiences as they progress through the various stages of their education. Destinations have included China, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia, boosting the cohort’s cultural awareness as vital to the development of their all-round personalities.

The Verbal Reasoning section of the test assesses your child’s ability to solve problems using words, with a special focus on depth and breadth of vocabulary.

Our CEM Select practice tests are highly accurate, ensuring that your child’s preparation is targeted and efficient.

Each timed module is marked automatically. Your child will then be able to review every question in detail with clear step-by-step explanations.

Statistical averages, based on the scores of other students who have taken the same practice test, are provided so you can get an idea of your child’s relative performance against their peer group.
