Cheltenham College is an independent boarding and day school in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Cheltenham Prep School 11 Plus (11+) Entry Admissions Process
The Prep typically hosts Open Mornings in January and October, welcoming prospective families on campus for a morning packed with events. These include guided tours of the facilities and refreshments, as well as informal meetings with key members of staff. To book a spot, please click here.
Registration forms should be submitted with a registration fee of £200. In the next stage of the admissions process, your child will be asked to sit paper-based and online entrance assessments. After a successful admissions process, a place at Cheltenham Prep can be secured by completing an Acceptance Form and paying a deposit (refundable when your child has completed their education at Cheltenham).
If you need help with paying the tuition fees, you can apply for a means-tested bursary. Once awarded, bursaries are reviewed annually and may increase/decrease in value depending on changes in your financial circumstances. Please note that you must complete a ‘Confidential Statement of Financial Circumstances’ by late January of the calendar year of entry in order to be considered for a bursary.
